Refund Policy
Prior to printing, all work will be proofed as either a printed hard copy (optional extra charge) or an electronic email proof (JPEG or PDF). We will not print your work without formal approval and we cannot accept any responsibility for inaccuracies found after your approval and printing.
If you are dissatisfied with materials used or the quality of the printing or with some other aspect of the product delivered and wish that the cost of the work be refunded, you must make your claim within seven days of delivery of the goods.
