Collection or Delivery:
You can collect your order from our premises, anytime from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. Unfortunately we are not open at weekends, however, we do charge extra for deliveries and our products are either despatched through APC overnight express or through Royal Mail, whichever we feel is appropriate.
Delivery charges to one UK address within a 15 mile radius of our postcode (LA1 3QY) and all business card deliveries (one UK address), will be £4.99 per order.
All other UK deliveries (one address), will be £8.99 per order. Delivery charges include VAT. Overseas carriage costs are available on request
Turnaround:
Our normal turnaround is four working days from approval of your proof. If you require faster delivery, please speak to us. We can usually help, but in some instances – for example, if we need to reschedule work to fit in your order – you may incur a small additional charge.
Terms of Delivery:
a. Delivery of the Work shall be accepted when tendered
b. Unless otherwise agreed in writing completion and delivery times are a guide only and, whilst the Seller will make every effort to adhere to proposed timescales, time is not of the essence in any contract with the Buyer
c. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, (in which case an extra charge may be made) delivery will be to kerbside at the Buyer’s address and the Buyer will make arrangements for off-loading and for any additional transportation to its storage facility
d. Subject to any agreement, delivery involving difficult access and/or unreasonable distance from vehicular access shall entitle the Seller to make an extra charge to reflect its extra costs
e. Should expedited delivery be agreed the Seller shall be entitled to make an extra charge to cover any overtime or any other additional costs
